Course Enrolment & Access
Purchasing Courses

Licence Restrictions

Payment Terms

- Applicable taxes are included in the displayed course price unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraudulent activity or errors in pricing.
Promotional prices and discount codes are valid for a limited time and may be subject to additional conditions. One discount code may be applied per transaction.
Intellectual Property
All content on Marazing Academy — including course videos, written materials, assessments, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Marazing Academy or its licensed instructors. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

Certificates
Upon successful completion of a course, eligible students will receive a digital certificate of completion. Certificates are issued at the sole discretion of Marazing Academy and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke certificates issued based on fraudulent completion.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Marazing Academy provides its courses and platform "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of all course content, we do not guarantee that courses will meet every individual's specific learning goals or career outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Marazing Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or courses.

Our Commitment
At Marazing Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality online learning experiences. We understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary, and we aim to handle all refund requests fairly and transparently.
Course Refund Eligibility
✅ Eligible for Refund
- Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
- Cases where the course content is significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase.
- Technical failures on our platform that prevent access to purchased course content, which cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date.
- Courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed or completed.
- Purchases made using discount codes, promotional offers, or bundle deals (unless a technical issue applies).
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference, expected outcomes, or change of mind after accessing course material.
- Courses purchased as gifts or transferred to another user.
Subscription & Membership Plans
- Monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals; however, no partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.
- Exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious medical emergency, major relocation) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to hi@marazin.edu.lk with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]".
Please include the following in your request:
- Your full name and registered email address.
- The course name and order/transaction ID.
- The reason for the refund request.
- Any supporting information or evidence (e.g., screenshots of technical issues).
We will review and respond to your request within 3–5 business days.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed through PayHere (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka's Central Bank-approved payment gateway.
- Refunds for card payments will be reversed to the original payment card used at the time of purchase.
- Processing time is typically 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- For payments made via non-card methods (e.g., mobile wallet, internet banking), refunds will be processed manually. we will contact you to arrange this.
- Any transaction fees charged by PayHere or your financial institution may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Duplicate or Accidental Payments
If you have been charged more than once for the same course or subscription due to a technical error, please contact us immediately at hi@marazin.edu.lk. We will investigate and process a full refund for the duplicate charge promptly.
Changes to This Policy
Marazing Academy reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
